What Changes Do Yall Think We Need to Make?

Hey Yall, I want to puke right now after what I just saw. Yall all Know I love CMR. Think he is a great man and Coach. But CMB must go I have had enough after today cant take anymore of the foolish nonsense play calling. Cant understand what he is trying to do. the sweep to the right was killing SC on the first drive to WE then once we get inside there 40 he stops it and starts passing then never goes back to it and tries running up the gut which never worked and kept running up the middle the rest of the day which never had success. CTG I think is trying but he has Willies Boys, which are a bunch of soft PUs&&ies .excuse my french. He needs some real Men to run a 3-4 in SEC. Ala had cody and others, we dont have those kind of players we have willes rejects. He taught them to be soft and they still are. CTG still has alot of work to do with them. maybe he should start the freshmen that dont know WM teachings. And I am Serious about AJ being thrown off the team. I think it would wake up alot of the rest of the team in seeing that UGA is serious about these problems we are having because by the time he is back it wont matter anyway, and Durham is a great receiver they jus need to get him the ball more. Bottom line is I am disappointed in our effort, Because they wanted it More!!!! and there is no excuse for that!!!!

New OC, right off the bat. With CMB's absurd play calling, these guys will never get to the next level. Also, whether it's CMR or not, the entire coaching staff needs a tougher mindset. I read during the off season that UGA wasn't going to do any two-a-days and that hitting in practice was going to be limited to avoid injuries. Maybe that caused our tackling woes, and maybe if some guys got their bells rung a few times in practice, they wouldn't suffer from "fumble-itis".

I agree sadlerdawg, when I saw we were not doing 2 a days I also was concerned. and after what I saw today we are really a soft team. Our guys just dont seem to care. To me a Def is like the Old erk days. Or in the NFL the Old Raider days of Punishing D football, Making the RB not wanting to get his number called or the Q.B. looking like a deer in the headlights. You must Hit people and hurt them!!!! You must make them fear your Def!!!!! Put the thoughts they have on not getting hurt instead of the play at hand. Remember Alzado, Ronnie Lott, Deacon jones, Howie Long? They knew how to punish the other team!!!!

OSD, as bad as the total game looked, we were in it until WE fumbled. Inside the 10 and he is carrying the ball like a loaf of bread. Cross fingers for Crowell. High schoolers and younger know that you wrap the football up with both hands inside the five with the D after the ball.

Something is wrong with this football team. Is it recruiting, coaching (again) or what? Looking forward to the press releases on why we can not wrap up when we tackle. Want to know why we are trying to pick up a first down on a running play when Carolina has 9 or 10 in the box. . . . .just simple stuff.

Don't want to hear CMR say we made a few mistakes and they are a good football team. If we were beaten by a "good" football team, we are a long way away from playing in Atlanta.

The problem may be CMR. I just think that it is funny that from 2000 to around 2007 we were physical. The last couple of years we just seem to get softer and softer. Last year someone quoted an ex player who said that CMR would have never called off practice to go swimming. This has happened the last couple of years and now they skip two a days and are totally man handled by SC. Over the last three years we have been man handled by Bama, GT and SC. I would almost be willing to throw UT and UF also. It is one thing to lose a hard fought game, but to be totally man handled is unacceptable. The last time that Bama was man handled they stepped up and won a NC and have still not lost. I hate to say this because CMR is a FINE man, but he may be the problem.

I know Buc, This sux. I have all the respect for CMR. We were so close when he had BVG here. and they just let him go!!!! Now here we are many yrs later still trying to make up for letting BVG go. I was a CMB supporter, I was trying to give him the benefit of a doubt. But what was that today? And I agree with you on alot but I just think CMR will get a NC sooner or later I just think his Biggest Mistake was WM and Now its going to take a few yrs to make up for that. I will admit AM is better than I thought he would be this soon. But to my disappointment the only other player that is real is Kris Durham. He has Heart!!! WE is a good back. CMB puts him in plays that are no surprise to the oppistion. yeah he messed up today. But to me the D was soft and should have never let a freshman run over um like that. They should have hit him late at least one time and knocked him into tomorrow just to welcome him into the SEC and let him know that he is not going to get away with what he did without a price. This isnt high school ball!!!! I just dont know of another head coach we could get now that would be better. I truly think CMR will get us there WM just set us back a while.
