Georgia defense the best in SEC East?

LSU and Kentucky last year were both give away games.

If our defense is a little improved it will be a good year. If it is significantly better it could be a fantastic year.

Florida lost some talent and they lost Charlie Strong and the new guy is a huge question mark.

Those are the words that safety Nick Williams said he hears from new defensive coordinator Todd Grantham, one of three coaches Mark Richt hired after the Bulldogs' first five-loss season in his nine years at Georgia.

"Every day we talk about that," Williams said. "Every day somebody says 8-5. It's on our minds all the time because that's something coach Grantham makes sure. He lets us know he doesn't want to get back to (8-5). ... It just keeps our intensity up in practice and just keeps us going hard.

I have never been so disgusted in my life as I was after the Kentucky game.

I was at the UK game, average---pathetic.

It didn't help matters any to see all the Kentucky fans yucking it up afterwards, Sadler.

Lets hope this year there is intensity, focus, and the down right desire to seperate somebody from their Jock on EVERY hit!
