Absolutely agree with you Buc on all fronts. Instead of me getting long winded, I just shortened some of the \"responsibilities\" to DC and BP. You're right, not sure BP can and/or will fund the problem but DC has stated that BP should tackle it.......now whether they totally fix it remains to be seen. Just thought I would \"quickly\" point out 1st liabilities....again, imo.
