Possible Trouble looming

sadlerdawg, in today's Athens Banner-Herald there are words to that effect. Montez is a loose cannon, not sure with his past that he will be able to overcome some of his problems.

A Georgia spokesman said by e-mail that Robinson's arrest was not related to a reported incident a week ago in Athens in which a married couple were harassed during an early morning taxi ride home. Police have not said that football players were involved in the case as was alleged.

I agree with ya on that one, Buc. I know Montez got what he deserved. I'm just hoping if there were any UGA players involved in the cab incident, that he was it, and no other fallout, if even he was involved, which I guess is still speculation at this point.

sadlerdawg, going to be a real media mess if others on the football team figure into this. Cross fingers.

Looks as if CMR has had enough. Don't think that the new cast of coaches will put up with it either.

Simple......get rid of trouble like him......don't ever need that kind of player in Athens.

It truly is ashame, That some players who get the chance to wear the Red and Black do not have enough respect for themselves or others, to make somthing of the great Honor it is to play between the hedges and for a great man as CMR. There is no excuse for continuing to get into trouble when you have been given the chance to play at this level. The only good thing about this is, is to get rid of the bad apples now before the season starts.
