I'm glad we have a weak (possibly) game opener - hopefully it will allow the offense and defense to make some mistakes without it costing us the game

I think Grantham is getting what he wants - CMR knows he's the man that will not only turn the defense around but will generate the desire and enthusiam to light the FIRE under the entire team to be the best they can be - I really like his approach to playing the best players - who knows some of the newer guys may be a lot better than ones that have been around - besides if they are relly good they will be gone early - might as well get the most out of them while they are there

Grantham just might be the one who \"LET THE DOGS OUT\"

I also love the fact that Belin \"called them out\" about not knowing how to tackle anybody. I seem to remember when I played that tackling was somewhat important.

One thing is for sure. All of the \"vocals\" from our new coaches are enough to light a fire up under ya...Now lets hope and pray that the players are as excited as we all are! I think they are!

Tackling was/is important - we apparently forgot the basics

And as for being \"Fired up\" - I think if a player is not fired up to play Grantham&company will be finding those who are fired up to play - I don't think these defensive coaches are going to put up with mediocrity
