IMO, you are either the coach or your not the coach, you cant have it both ways. if you are truly in so bad of health then move out of the way, let someone else have there shot just like you got.its not fair to say you are the coach if someone else is going to get the blame if you fail next yr. move out of the way or either step up take responsibiltiy. It is selfish to say you are still the coach if you are not the one doing the job 100% of the time.

This whole thing is sounding like urban is becoming bobby bowden at 45 \"LOL\" he wants to say he is the \"COACH\" but now he dosent want the work that comes with it, he wants to take a leave and let someone else do the coaching while he still has the title, I am sorry yall but I dont remember any coach at UGA doing that or any where else for that matter. Do yall? IMO Urban you had a great run no one doubts that, but if your not going to commit to the job then bow out, be a man!! Be with your family no shame in that, but to say you are still the coach and not being there to really be the coach IMO is doing your self and the players a disservice, you are just taking advantage of your recent success and living on that at the next coaches and players expense, move out of the way so everyone is clear on who is really the coach!! Dont be another Bowden.

I just can't see UM staying in the background. He's a control freak and a big hands on kinda guy. I believe he will either have to get out or take the reigns back. He's a black or white kind of guy......not gray.
