To those who thing Bobo should be fired.

Stats are stats. I want wins against teams with good defenses. Bobo had MS and KM in the same backfield and couldn't make it to an SEC title game. Everyone can praise Bobo and give him chance after chance, but he will not get us a NC. He may not get us to a SEC title game. People have been hammering on WM for years and DAWG fans have finally realized he is horrible. I think everyone will feel the same about Bobo in one or two years.

The problem with boo boo is that he is not Grade A quality OC! He's just kinda...... blah!

Stats like these mean nothing when it comes to playing in a big game like TENN, FLA, BAMA, - boo boo runs up against a decent defense and he gets his foot-BALLS handed to him. He (like willie) has had his chance, its time that they both do the right thing and move aside so that we can get some superstar OC and DC's! Im not so much a fire boo boo as I am willie, but demote the guy or get him someone he can learn from.

Lets get smart like some of the other SEC schools and get some NFL talent to come lead us under HCMR and win a couple NC's. Its time in 09 to do the right thing and make that change!

Sources say Bobo WILL be back next year. He's in no trouble AT ALL. Not even a consideration at this point.

wlayton, I actually dont mind that he comes back. This team has put up some points this year when Joe Cox decides he wants to play.

Maybe next year we will get to see Bobo's preferred play calling when he has a QB that he has faith in. There is no way he is 100% comfortable w/ Cox at the helm. How else can you explain a delayed draw play up the gut, when its 3rd and 15.

Yes Bobo will be back. Like I said earlier people have criticized WM for years and people are finally fed up with him. Bobo will be the same way. WM losing his job or being demoted is the worst thing that can happen to him. Everyone is so tore up with our D that they can't see his faults. Good D is a must to compete in the SEC, but to win championships you have to have a little O. Look at his numbers against the top SEC teams over the last couple of years. For some reason our O doesn't show up. In a couple of years people will be fed up with Bobo as well. Bobo makes his living off of the middle of the road SEC teams. When CMR assumes play calling we can talk championships.

I totally agree with this. We have to admit that losing Stafford and Moreno hurt more than we thought. We can't count on scoring 45 pts a game anymore. When Bobo doesn't trust his QB to pass downfield on 3rd and long then it isn't a game planning or scheme problem. It's having to work around mediocre maybe even sub-par QB play. As far as I can tell the Dawgs have practically abandoned the passing game all together and are pounding the rock so that Cox doesn't put us in bad situations we know the porous D can't overcome.

I was hoping Cox would have been a better decision maker and downfield passer. Unfortunately, he is not. We can only count on Cox to hit short routes and screens and even those aren't guaranteed with any degree of confidence.

I have no problems with Bobo. This season the offense is young at the skill positions with the exception of Cox. The D on the other hand.....don't even get me started.
