Coaching Rumors......

Mike and Mike reported this morning on ESPN radio that Mal Moore of Alabama met with West Virginia coach Rich Rodriguez in NY City yesterday to discuss a job offer to coach the Tide......The word in Miami is that they are gonna offer Bob Stoops the Miami job, and that they are also gonna talk to Leach of Texas Tech.......

Yes, both of those jobs were on the sports stations late yesterday afternoon. Could here something today or tomorrow on RR.

I dont think either of those guys are gonna go coach at either one of those schools......

Of the 2, I think RR would be the one to do it, not Stoops.

Maybe, but it's hard for me to think that RR will leave his alma mater and go coach in such a pressure-cooker like Bama is. Especially when he has WVU poised to be a potential contender and conference winner for the next 3 or 4 years. Hell, the way it is in Bama, he could be fired in the next 3-4 years up there....
