The Dust Needs to Settle

Let me see if I understand what was stated in this post.

The defensive players have not bought into WM's schemes.
WM will possibly be moving into the box so he can see the field and players better.
Moving upstairs is going to cure the ills of the players not buying into WM's schemes thus far.
Only a small chance of letting some of the younger QB's gain some playing time. Does not say much for experience next season at the position.

I have never said this in CMR's tenure as coach. Time for him to take a deep breath, realize that under his command our football team is standing on quick sand at this point.

Famous last words from Lane Kiffin after the game last weekend. \"While I am at UT, Georgia will never beat us again\". If we continue to bury our heads in the sand, he is probably right. As wlayton said . . . . UNBELIEVABLE.

Lame Should have said as long as his Daddys there. UT is in for a big surprise when his daddy retires or drops on the side line. Even the raiders figured him quick, he says alot like were gonna beat fla an sing rocky top too. They got us this yr. because his daddy is ah great DC but we will make changes just have a little faith.

Coach Richt has earned RESPECT. Respect doesn't mean you get a free pass. He has had many chances to fix the DC problem. Then his responses on the call in show. Their systems are not new. I can't believe that he blames the players. That is exactly what he said when he made that statement. Joe Cox earned the right to be the starter this year. He hasn't performed time to move on. If JC has earned the right to be a starter just because he is a senior, then Joe T should have led our team his entire senior season. The only thing JC has earned is the right to start his coaching career early and coach up our freshman QB's. If the fan base sits back and gives CMR time to fix the problem then he may lose his job as well. I love my 3 daughters and when they mess up it hurts me to discipline them, but I love them to much to see them suffer the consequences they may have to pay if I don't correct them now. CMR doesn't need time. Someone needs to stand up and tell him that we pay him good money, we worship the ground he walks on and we expect him to step it up. We may not know the game as well as him, but we are not talking about brain surgery. X's and O's are just part of the problem. I can see a team get their rears handed to them and see that effort is a large part of the problem. Oh and by the way Kiffin is an idiot. He just knows what Bama is going to bring and he is enjoying the spot light.

Hey DFT, while reading that article and talking about \"being on the same page\", over and over, I started thinking two things...............if that's the case then either our players don't care enough or lack intelligence.

Btw.........I, like everyone else, still say they aren't being coached up. Not what the article eludes to.
