Alright Fellow Dawgs, I am upset as anyone but when people say we need to get rid of CMR it really
upsets me, I saw on the mark bradley ajc web page last night where CMR responed by saying give him time and he will deal with the problems. I trust him to do the right thing here but Im sure he will not get rid of DC WM or anyone else till the end of the season. Give him a break!! I want them to win every game also but every team has ups an downs lets be real. Have yall forgot Ray Geoff look how long he was here and he was awfull. Jim Donann also could nt get right and he treated most fans like he didnt have the time of day to even talk to you. Coach Richt is not perfect, Guess what no one is but he has done a great job here, He has earned Respect, and should be given it in this time. He will right this ship, weather he brings in K Smart or BVG. I know this team has problems but I am glad he is our coach and you dont find Men like him every day. I know he made a mistake by bringing in WM and its hard for him to let him go but I know he will do what he has to. I cant believe how short peoples memories are. I love Vince Dooley but he Wasnt perfect either and the worst mistake this school ever made was not letting ERK be coach and bringing Ray Geoff here. We need to give the coach time he will fix this. GOO DAWGS!!!

Agree OldSouthDawg. He's a DGD and we're fortunate to have him as our leader. But I have to say that I can't help but notice he doesn't have the fire in his eyes anymore. I've noticed it all year and I keep asking myself, what's wrong with him?

I'm with ya on giving him time. However, more times than not \"change\" needs to happen quick no matter what you're doing. Not 6 weeks into the season. All I expect, and I think I speak for ALL of DAWGNATION is, steady improvement. Not steady degradation like we've been seeing. If DC WM is the problem, fix it. If OC MB is the problem, fix it. If QB JC is the problem, fix it.

Leaders have to make difficult decisions and make them quickly. There's nothing different about this situation. Whether it's a RB, QB, DC, OC, etc. the one problem I see with CMR is that he puts too much commitment and confidence into one person. And I think he's done that with CWM, CMB, and QB JC. That's just my observation.

All we can do now hope and pray that he turns the ship around.

Didnt want to start a thread with this, but thought it was interesting. I was listening to the Mark Richt show last night and a caller called and in and asked 2 questions that I think all of Dawg Nation is asking themselves. 1- After the steady decline in the defense in the last 3-4 years are there any changes that are going to made(that was the long and short) and 2- are they going to try to prepare for next year and play any of the backup qbs. Richt said that no changes are going to happen and that the downfalls are not on the coaches(he more or less said that the players arent bying into the system yet.) They only change that might be made is CWM might move into the box so that he can get a better big picture view. To the second ? he said that there wont be any changes made at QB. JC is a senior and earned his way into his position, and he is the starter. He said the backups might see some limited time in the coming games but JC is going to continue to be the starter. I think he needs to strongly reconsider both answers.

I have a question.
How long can a SEC coach stay competitive?
Coach Richt has the longest tenure of any SEC coach. This league is not a league to rest on your laurels.
You are only as good as your last game. No innovation from this staff.
Just my two cents.
