Just wanted to be the first to give props to the kicker, he proved to be one cool customer with a big leg tonight. I hope some young lady in Athens feels the same way tonight.

No doubt! BW proved he is all of what he was supposed to be! My game ball goes to samuel though! solid, tough running which is the MO of what UGA football is all about!

Hey, Bobo! Give it to RS at least 25 times/game! That is our core offense and what we want to see! Tough, hard knocks, grind em out Bulldog football!

JC is better when the run sets up the pass.

The kicking game was good tonight. Although we quit kicking it into the endzone toward the end there. Why?

Yeah, I'm with you here. BW is hitting his stride. RS...man, that kid is a beast. I know this is sacreligious, but I found myself saying \"Samuel left, Samuel right, Samuel up the middle...\" in the hope somebody was listening.
And, with a few exceptions, JC showed he could play the game tonight too.
Since we're purging the negative, I can't talk about the D though. We're going to see that #$%^^ all season long.

I'm with you, guys! Blair Walsh was the difference Saturday night against SC. He stepped up and nailed his second field goal which put SC in need of a TD to win. Anywhere within 60 yds is a good possibility! Great weapon to have! Speaking of weapons, Samuel looks to me like a workhorse back who needs 25 touches a game. He ran with a purpose Sat night. You all have heard me rant about Branden Smith since last year, and I know he had a fumble, but this kid can fly and is a gamebreaker! (Showed some speed on the 61 yd TD and 56 yd KO return) He might be playing in front of Prince by the end of the year. Bam Boykin is going to be a star and was just named SEC special teams player of the week! Also intercepted a pass on defense in addition to 187 yds of KO returns. We get back Houston this week. Orson Charles is going to be a force over the middle. Rennie is Rennie. AJ is AJ. Marlon Brown WILL be a great compliment to AJG. It might be me, but our young DL guys are getting their names called for making game changing plays more than the old guys so far. Cornelius Washington (1.5 sacks at DE), and Deangelo Tyson (blocked extra point). Our OL protected Cox well with the exception of a kickout block that was missed and Cox was creamed. With the exception of Rennie, all the guys I have just mentioned are our young guys. I think if we can do away with foolish mistakes and get a couple of more wins under our belts, we are going to be pretty damn good the second half of the year. The cupboard isn't bare but the fruit needs a little longer to ripen! I know it sounds like I am still drinking the red and black Kool-aid, but I am and it still tastes good! Get after some pig @$$ Dawgs!!!!!!..... four wlaytons :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
