Mark Bradley versus Buc

Yeah, unstoppable defending national champion Florida teams ALWAYS destroy us...just like in 1997...and 2007...

Cheer up, ChemDawg. Everyone's talking about how great Florida is. No one's talking about the talent we SHOULD have had last year that's coming back this year. Even more so, no one's talking about how THAT talent (Jeff Owens, Marcus Washington, Trinton Sturdivant especially) was the talent everyone was talking about -- aside from #7 and #24 -- before last season. I'm not saying that we would have beaten Florida last year WITH that talent, but without those 16 men on the sidelines, it wouldn't have been 49-10.

Go Dawgs.

I'm with you ChemDawg. As much as I HATE to say this......UM is a great gameday coach. Don't like his style of ball but I have become convinced that he is one of, if not the best college coach in the country.

MAN, that really hurt to say that.:( :( .....

Nobody is talking about the Dawgs, and that's fine with me. It's the same broken record...how good will the Dawgs be without MS and KM? Holy crap, it's like we only recruited 2 players. What they're forgetting is that the kids who were part of last year's side show would have made anybody's team. These Dawgs are going to shock some people this year. Wait until that one stud steps up on the running side of the ball, see where the hype is there. And I doubt seriously that our Freshmen receivers won't get plenty of play. With AJ getting all the attention, it only opens up the possibilities for one of them. It's not like they're the bottom of the barrel either. And as for Cox, I say go ahead and underestimate him. He's going to light some people up, and with that line, you can forget about hurrying him. Limeydawg predicts we lose 1, maybe two games this year: Florida in Jacksonville (but only one game), and Ok. State (will be a toss up, possible second loss, but if it is, it's only jitters.) These kids are better than they're being given credit for.

LimeyDawg, triple 20 followed by a double bull on your post. Could not agree more. . . . . I really like the competition at running back . . . running back by committee.

RB is a three-headed monster this year, with touted recruit Caleb King only the third option!!! Carlton Thomas and Richard Samuel will battle for the starting job all year much like Kregg Lumpkin and Danny Ware and Thomas Brown did. Caleb King will bulk up a bit and become a valuable third-down back, almost a second fullback behind Chapas. With Orson Charles as a hybrid player (Richt's words, not mine), we can set up three-back sets with one \"wideout\" (AJ) and one \"Tight End,\" (OC) giving Joe Cox five (six, counting his own two legs) options and an impermeable pocket. We already know that Chapas can catch out of the backfield -- okay, his hands ain't as soft as Southerland's, but whose are? -- and Richard Samuel will probably be developed in that capacity as well. That's four passing options and three, maybe four running options.

Don't give me any crap about the Dawgs not being a potentially DOMINANT team this year. I refuse to take that crap. Because it's crap, you see.

DAWGS DAWGS DAWGS!!! GO YOU BIG HAIRY DAWGS!!!
