wlayton, either a lot of us have been wrong, or we have been on the mark considering the \"schemes\" from last season. I know that I get excited with every incoming class, but the excitement has been going on for several recruiting seasons. Injuries can be accepted to a point, however, every team usually ends up with the same problem.
Let's get away from the back-peddling and use more of the attack system as used in our last Sugar Bowl. Understandably we were a better team than Hawaii, but it is not like Hawaii had not beaten some pretty good opponents. Their QB was forced to tip-toe all night, not getting to throw to some really good receivers.
Real test will come in the opener. Oklahoma State is not Hawaii. We don't bring some heat, Dez will improve his first year drafted into the NFL by millions. They also run, no doubt, but Dez is scary. Ball is in YOUR COURT CWM.
