You know it's funny for years and years he was rated as the best RB ever. Last year he was rated #3 behind Barry Sanders (1 great year) and i forgot who they put at #2 i think it might have been a QB. Doesn't matter really. Herschel Walker is the best player to ever play college football PERIOD! i would put Barry in the top 5 but number 1 NO. After watching the 82 and 83 Sugar Bowl #34 showed why he is the number 1 player ever. that 82 game was hard to swallow, even after all these years. if anyone besides Marino throws that ball at the end of the game we have an INT and win! What a great game to watch. JoePa had the better team that day in Jan. i remember my mom cussing at the TV because of the idiots that went out drinking and got in trouble. Dooley suspended the players and some were starters. am i remembering this right, i was like 7 or 8 at the time.
