Stafford, Moreno, Atkins and the NFL draft was created by wlayton
Heard Dansler say on the radio yesterday that he believes that Moreno, Stafford and Atkins will leave for the NFL draft next year. He said he had NO information whatsoever but believes that any 3rd year player in the country that could possibly go in the 1st two rounds of the draft WILL leave because of the problem with the collective bargaining agreement. If they wait a year it could cost them millions!!
Oh, he thought all would leave except..........TEBOW!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Buc, really glad to hear he's coming back. He's unblockable by just one guy. Now if the other 2 will follow suit.....believe they have to take the money, could cost them a bunch the next year. Just hope MS and KM had other big goals they wanted to achieve before leaving, ie, SEC championship, NC or Heisman.

wlayton, just a gut feeling, but think that MS might leave, Moreno, not so sure. I think that he wants to come back and have a big finish. While I would like to see MS come back, think that he will probably head to the NFL. I wish him well, believe he will be a huge success standing in the pocket with that rifle he carries on his right side.:woohoo:

He's projected as the #1 QB pick. How can you turn down that kind of money? :woohoo: :woohoo:

Question? If MS and KM leave for the NFL, then do we have two additional schlorships to offer this year? I assume that the coaches are working on a set number of available schlorships, and then, these two decide to leave and now we have two more to offer.
Then, it is possible that we have passed on some players and these other players have committed to another school. The indecision as to whether or not to go puts the coaching staff in a heck of a conundrum, it seems to me. Not being critical of anyone, just questions about recruiting strategy that came to me as I read the above posts.
Don't have any hard feelings if they go, $10M now vs $2M next year. A no brainer. Numbers for illustrative purposes only.
