Dear Kentucky

Believe me, I AM a realist, I do live in the real world as you say (I work in the stock market/Wall Street and nobody has seen reality like I have lately) but do believe we will drill UK, that's MY opinion. Whether we had beat UF or not, I still feel we will beat UK convincingly. Mainly because of all THEIR injuries (at least 7 starters are out) and they aren't playing very well this year, not because of a \"take it out on UK\" reasoning.

I posted after the Bama loss that \"maybe we aren't as good as we all thought\" but even so, I remain positive and always will.

Oh, I like Logan and think he's a good QB. When MS is gone, Murray will end up being the starter (after a few games). You mean to say that you think Logan should start over MS when all the experts in the NFL project him not only to be the #1 QB pick in the draft if not the #1 OVERALL pick in the draft, plus doubt the ability of our coaching staff to pick the best QB and think WE know more than CMR and staff? Really??? Just because he can RUN a little better?

I'm a realist, but fact of the matter is that whining and complaining on here is completly pointless! We all know that there are problems with our team, whether I think its coaching, injury's or talent issues doesnt matter! I think MS does very good with what he has been offered, in case you have missed the QB draws and sneaks he has run this year (32 attempts for 141 yds), or that fact that KM looked lost because he has 3 guys in Orange and Blue in the backfield with him when he got the ball handed to him, or the fact that MS has thrown for 12 td's while only 5 ints which is better then last year which was better than the year before, also hes a Jr.! You think that Logan Grey is the problem solver when the only time he has been in the game is to return punts?

.... I can not believe how unrealistic you people are. You are counting the Kentucy game as a sure win, we got our tails beat, and due to that, we will tear up Ky...

Yeah, some people here are unrealistic:laugh:
That being said, I am unbiased in this match-up and believe a 2 TD victory for UGA.
I belived UGA would lose to the Gators.
But I also belived that LSU would beat both Florida and UGA.
It's all about intensity at game time and I have to think that the Dawgs will re-focus and come well prepared.

For one, I think Logan Gray , he is not scared to run the ball. Ms has never shown that he can take pressure.

So the touchdown runs against Kentucky and Tech last year, the touchdown run against LSU this year, the 20-yard run out of the end zone when he was flushed from the pocket by Central Michigan...none of these things count?

duck, I appreciate your long-time fandom. My grandfather has taught at the University of Georgia since 1969 and is a die-hard Georgia football fan. But, like you, he only comments on the negative things about the game. If we lose a game, it's all he can talk about. We win, and it's politics or movies or something else around the table.

My fictional letter to Kentucky football players was not a guarantee. What it was was more a letter to rally the troops ON THIS FORUM who have been down about the Cocktail Party. I never said we'd win. I said the Dawgs would come out of the tunnel angry, yes. I said they'd play with intensity, yes. I implied that they would take out their frustrations on a team that, quite frankly, is a mere shadow of the team that beat us in 2006 and not even a shadow of the team we beat last year.

All I'll say, duck, is chill out. The letter was meant to be humorous. I'm trying to lighten the mood. If you really want Stafford to leave for the NFL, don't watch Georgia games until he's gone, okay? If he's really that bad, then don't subject yourself to it. I don't watch Big 10 football for that exact reason.
