To the Dawg Nation. Sorry I could not be more help but I tried everything I could to help, but the day belonged to the opposition. We made some errors against a good team that took advangage, shoe on the other foot we would have done the same thing. Its a game played by young men just out of teen years. We had high expectations this year but truth said we suffered some injuries to folks we depended on and they will be back next year. Don't forget that thats part of the game we love. We will be back and we will be better.

Over the years there have been some victories that were better than others and some losses that I'd rather forget. Its always great to beat UF but we will not win them all or lose them all, its a game. So many variables and you have to play the cards you're dealt. A 10-2 season is still possible and that ain't half bad. We will get to the crystal ball but just not this year. Last year it was great to just stay quiet and listen to the opponents after the game and say \"see you next year\", that we will. For those of you still hurting, you might watch the link below as it will put a football loss in perspective. Its in the video section of Dawgs Tube if you haven't already seen it. Again I apologize for not helping better, maybe in retrospect I should have watched it all. GO DAWGS! GATA!

I keep telling myself this.

AD hang in there. Worst one in recent memory was the Auburn nite game. Sat in our end zone and watched Cox throw an absolutely perfect pass to their tight end when we had them at 4th and forever with the lead. Greg Blue was coming over but got there late. They ran the clock down,scored, and won. LONG drive back to Knoxville that night.

Oledawg... that's the exact game I was talking about the other night to wlayton. That's when CWM had them in 4th and long at their 25.. rushes 3 drops 8 gives Cox which I believe was a freshman at the time, all day to throw and he completes to the tight-end like you said. I haven't been much of a fan of CWM since that game. His rush 3 drop 8 scheme has the same result 9 out of 10 times.
