Am I crazy by suggesting that we try a three-back set? Of course the opposing D would sniff it out right away, but with Chapas and Southerland blocking for Knowshon, and the O line flooding left or right, we'd be sure to pick up positive yardage every time, right? Just a thought.
WOW, what a flashback I just had reading the three back system. Took me back to my high school days . . . . T, Wing-T, Split-T. Thanks GeorgiaBoy 1285, you just made an old fart's Friday a lot better. wlayton, we learn a lot tomorrow.
Nah. I agree you have to spread em out. Our patchwork O-line has held up pretty good, but allowing a good D to stack 9 in there on us is asking for trouble. One option would be to have both BS and Chapas in, one lined up at TE and put in motion to end up in the backfield for Knowshon. The motion may let us get away with it once or twice, but that's it.
