THE TIME IS NOW

Okay, I'll bite. I remember the change of character we got last year after getting our asses handed to us by this Tenn. team. Thing is, this UT team sucks, and I mean sucks as in all-the-trees-in-north-georgia-lean-northward-they're-so-bad sucks. That said, this is still an SEC game, so it will likely be closer than it should be. However, I think the Dawgs come out with something to prove, with a bad attitude and a desire to hurt somebody. I say we win by two touchdowns and the O line finally finds its groove.

I think these guys may have a few surprises left up their sleeves for you guys. This team is good, just taking some time dealing with injuries every week. Our depth was incredible at the beginning of the fall practice, but each week they get more and more depleted. I truly think getting bombed at home will provide a spark and bring these guys together. Guess we'll know for sure in a few days.

Football is a funny game, you had ole miss beat fla, ala kill us, then south carolina beats ole miss and uk almost beats ala. The last 2 years fulmers job has been on line and they beat the crap out of us each time. Well guess what his job is on line again and they have more to play for. We have no leaders, ever since David Green and Pollack left, we have had no leadership. We have to have gimicks to get us fired up and that does not always work as for the ala game. All I am saying, is this team is nothing like the 07 team that ended last year. I know we have hurt players and so on, but we are not a good football team. I just knew we would blow usc off by 28 points, but got very lucky to win, then the asu game, I was impressed. But guess what asu has't won another game, lost last week to cal. I guess they to were overrated. So what have we beat, 2 small schools and usc by luck and another teams asu that now has a losing record. The only team that was to be a real test of 2 top 10 powers turned in to a flop, a blow out and as we all want to believe about the 2nd half come back, that was not really a come back. Say what you want, but when we started getting hot, ala scored 10 more points to cool us down. They played with us, there was no real come back in that game, just a 31 to 0 let down and prevent d.

Bottom line, if we screw around and let tenn beat us again this year to save fulmers job, I can almost bet you we will not win another game this year. This is it, this is our chance to prove we belong and we are for real. If they take the attitude that tenn is down and no good, then they will beat us.
This group of players needs to start playing like they care every game and play to destroy the other team.

duck, I hope nobody in a Georgia uniform has taken on the same attitude as you. You're right, this team may not be the same as the one that ended '07, but you know what they are like? The team that started '07, got bombed by UT, and became the team that ended '07. No reason to think that won't happen again, only this time with just one loss instead of 2 and a shot at the SEC title.
Hang in there, you just might be surprised.
