Never Hang Your Heads

Bama, you are very generous in your praise, but the Dawgs have very very little to be proud of tonight. About the only thing to be proud of that I can see is that the Dawgs did not give up. They appeared to be fighting to the end.

But tonight, it was mostly men against boys!

Actually our fault was expecting a blow out...when in actuality.....playing a team in the class of yours...a blow out is not possible.

We expected the second half to be a cake walk....guess we forgot we were playing in Georgia...on a Saturday night...in front of 93,000 crazed fans.

Anyhow...kudos again.

Now if only we had a couple more quarters...

Man I was so glad to see the USC fall this week...give us good ole boys of the SEC some room to make some noise...all of us really.

Lord anybody but USC or the Gators in my book.

Actually...anybody not in Florida and I would be happy.

We have two really good teams to lead the way....we just got to keep our mental in check.

The physical is there....just gotta work on the mental.

All I hear is people in denial that the SEC is far and away the superior conference. I suppose everyone else just hates the South. That's ok, because if we can't earn their respect, we'll just beat it out of 'em on the football field.
Yeah, we fight amongst ourselves, but outside conferences better crawl up in a ball and prepare for the beatdown from any given SEC team. And that includes Ole Miss and the Wild Rebel Deluxe!

Thanks! We've still got to deal with LSU and get better at not going soft when we lead, but things are looking good for us at the moment. You still have a very good team and I think you'll prove that the rest of the season. Keep your heads up and we do expect to meet you again in Atlanta.
