i thought the Ul monroe loss was funny because it landed bama in the independence bowl (which i happen to live by). my girlfriend lives in monroe just a short trip down I-20. i went to see her and there were signs along the interstate talking trash to Bama who just so happened to be travling on I-20 to get the the stadium. sad but true
This is gonna be a tough game. In my opinion, Alabama is still untested. The only major game/ team they have played was Clemson. Yeah, they looked good against Clemson but Clemson has not played anyone else other than NC state to really judge the calibur of their team either. Yes, Alabama has a good QB in Wilson but we have the better QB; and they have a good WR in Jones, but we have two better WR in Green and MoMass. Like most SEC games, this one is gonna be won in the trenches.
