Some of you may have already read this.........

Buc, you are 100% right!!! Not trying to force my views on to anyone but I truly believe that it all starts in the home. I know that some of these kids probably did not have the best up bringing but alot of times the parents either \"bail\" the kids out of trouble, or simply think that their child can't do no wrong and think everyone is out to get them. But YES, they have to know that once they reach a certain age they are accountable for ALL their actions. And something they do in their late teens and early 20's can and will effect the rest of their lives.
