The Spring Game

well i did not attend because of the rain but i did watch it on tv. Stafford had some great passes and 1 almost picked off. asher kind of got in the way. The backs looked good, even kalvin daniels had a spin move in the game, it was like watching ballet!! lol. We have a lot of talent all over the place and it showed for sure. John Knox had a big hit. Troupe had some good catches as did moore. i would say we will have good depth at a lot of spots. i cant wait for my tickets to arrive in the summer because that will mean it's almost time!!!!

If anyone get information about a rerun of the game, please let me know. Being up here in Virginia, you don't get to much info about the Dawgs. I get 99% of my info through you guys and girls.

flyindawg, CSS will rerun the game 4or 5 times at least along with many other SEC spring games (and ACC). If you don't get CSS then you may have to go another route.

Just got back to NC from Athens. The rain sucked, but we had a great time. Dawg/tiger and I met up with Goosedawg and one of his buddies and watched the game together (love that general admission, too bad the regular season games aren't!). I've been looking forward to seeing Caleb King play, and he looked pretty good. A bit shaky to start, missed a block, ran a little tentatively, but after the first couple of plays, he looked good. Stafford looked sharp, what little he played, and Troupe was impressive also. The 2 minute drill to close the half left a little to be desired as far as clock management. Defense looked fairly stout. Overall, very impressed, and is it the end of August yet?????

We looked a little ragged but you can see how much talent we have.

All spring games look that way......but you are right in saying you can see talent all over the field.
