I say if they don't want to be a Dawg, it's their loss. Go Dawgs!

Me too wlayton
I just heard Buck & Kincade talking on the radio about how Urban Meyer really rolled out the red carpet for Omar this weekend & I just found an online article stating that apparently he has cancelled this weekend's visit to Athens and has verbally committed to the Gators. I would tend to believe that Urban virtually guaranteed him immediate playing time which CMR could not grant him with 3 upperclassmen anchoring our DT position.
Our loss & their gain so it would seem right now, but only time will tell. Still, you never know about any of these recruits until Nt'l Signing Day has come & gone. Perhaps nightmares of #24 running around him until he's totally breathless, laying flat on his belly on the Alltel Stadium grass will change his mind.

Probably correct. We need D lineman badly and UGA is already in good shape. Also, I know that Omar (as well as other recruits) were with Coach Meyer at the basketball game against Kentucky on Saturday night. National TV and the game was very exciting. Ended in a good way for the Gators. I think the energy at the O'Dome had to be impressive for a high school kid.

Actually guys, I found out from my source that CMR didn't have a scholarship open to offer him so it was a moot point anyway.

I assure you that Florida is not done with recruiting. Neither is 'Bama, Auburn, etc.
I doubt it. You make room for a five star recruit, even if it means taking a scholarship away from one of your long time back-ups. So if UGA has none left, then I guess they're all finished with recruiting this year? That's not good then because they were in 2nd. place for recruiting according to Rivals.com, but if they are already done, then they may slip out of the top ten over the next two weeks.Actually guys, I found out from my source that CMR didn't have a scholarship open to offer him so it was a moot point anyway.
