I really liked him!! Kinda hoped there would have been a place back at UGA for him. Eh, well..... We'll do just fine without him. Actually, we're gonna do BETTER than fine! I'm SO excited about the upcoming season!

Actually I agree with averagedawg, VG IS a jerk and you don't want him back at UGA for sure. He'll leave USC in 1-3 years, just wait. In the last few years he's gone from UGA to the Jax Jaguars, to Ga Southern, to the Falcons and now USC. The guy never unpacks his bags. The people in Statesboro(Ga So) hate the guy, they also said he was a jerk.

He may have been a jerk, but you cant argue with what he did while he was here with the defense. True, he kinda struggled the first year, ( 49th in defense) but the rest of his time here we were ranked as high as 4th in the nation in defense. So. Car. will probably struggle the first year under him on defense, too, but they will likely improve. They need all the help they can get up there.

That's what I'm saying! He is a hell of a defensive coordinator. No doubt about that. He has his moments and is a little too quick to get angry, but don't we all? My brother and I met him at a banquet and he was really cool. Of course he had been at the open bar several times.....maybe that's the trick. Anyways, I'm holding out hope that CWM can become a great defensive coach for us....it was looking MUCH better the later we got in the season....And to think, I was one of the largest lobbyists to get rid of him. My mind isn't completely changed about him, but I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt for now:dry:
