Hey, getting back on topic here (I thought this was a Georgia Bulldog site, not a Georgian Bullshite site), did any of you catch the interview with King Richt right after he found out the overrated \"Dawgs\" were not even considered for the big dance? It went somethinglike this:
Richt: \"Nowhere is it written that you have to be a conference champion to play in the national championship game.\" (True enough)
Interviewer: \"Well, do you think that you shouldbe a conference champion to play in the national championship game?\"
Richt: {picture a deer-in-the-headlights look}\"Uh...well...uh...ya, but it doesn't say that NOW.\"
It was f-ing HILARIOUS. Richt may one letter off from being \"Right\" but he's lightyears from being on the ball! I'll give him some brownie points for giving a truthful answer, though.
Imagine the joke the BCS championship would be if the team that might have won it was SECOND place in a DIVISION of their conference! VT fans have a legitimate gripe, maybe so do OU fans. But you Uggh Uh Duh fans should celebrate the day you made it into the Sugar Bowl after not even finishing SECOND in the conference! For me, I'd rather see Tebow in New Orleans. He has more talent than the entire Uggh Uh team.
I think I'll head down to New Orleans a bit early to cheer on the Rainbows! Geaux Warriors!
