Yeah duckdawg, well, once in your lifetime huh? I'm only 4 years your elder, so I myself can't really remember when we beat em' both back in 1982. JEEZ! Sure hope it's 25 more years before we lose to em' both again in the same season. Love your post!

i don't remember, but my mother and grandfather remember, it will happen the next two years at least.

Besides, that's the beauty of this forum, us young pups can share our viewpoints w/you big Dogs, our respected forefathers, & we can all feel good about Georgia football together. Reading your stories about the glorious days of the early 80's just get my blood flowing. I'm jealous of you guys for all of the memories you have that I have to treat as history. Speaking of history, sometime, maybe when this season is over, I would love for any of you senior Dawgs on this forum to recant your memories from Dooley's 1980 NC team's season. Especially, the Sugar Bowl against the Irish. I've read & heard that DAWG NATION was just out-of-control with a rabid enthusiasm at the Superdome that year & I would LOVE to hear some 1st hand stories.
