Auburn is the BEST D we have faced all season. Better than the Gamecocks D we saw in week 2 that held us to 12 points & 0 touchdowns, & a much better all-around team than Florida for sure. Now, we all know our Offense is performing at a much higher level than we were early this season but Auburn is gonna come into our house & punch us in the mouth, I guarantee it!

How will we respond? I don't know, but I can assure you that this game will be our toughest test yet (outside of the Tenn. game which we FAILED). Don't look at Auburn's record & assume we are the better team; they lost 3 heartbreakers in the final minutes or OT. With all this hype about the BLACKOUT, I just hope we can stay focused & match their intensity. I'm anxious for Sat. to get here but extremely nervous I won't be at all surprised if we are losing this game at the half. I do feel certain that come Saturday we will witness another classic battle in this rich rivalry full of close games, last minute miracles, and heartbreaking defeats.

BEAT AUBURN--THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS RIGHT NOW!!!

AU is definitely going to come out swinging. Usually in this game you can get a feel for the day based on each team's FIRST series. Like GooseDawg78 said, AU is going to come out and punch us in the mouth and we had better respond.....usually you can tell after each team's 1st series.

Side note....AU has 2 defensive starters back this week. We're going to see just how good we are this week. Believe the key will be for us to get off to a fast start......Mr Moreno, crank it up !!

Yes, how we start this game will be key to how it ends up. If we fall behind by a couple of scores early, it will be tough to climb back in. We can't worry about answering them--we've got to set the bar and force them to answer. Score on offense, or stuff them if we're on defense. Set the bar early, then FINISH THE DRILL!!
