Pah, woulda-coulda-shoulda. Spurrier a genius? I don't see SC dominating the way Florida did, so what's the basis for that? He's a pinhead. I don't doubt that he would have caused a fight with the Georgia celebration, but this just shows a measure of the man. It isn't genius, it's an understanding that in that particular instance, all he would have had was the basest response possible.

I dont think Spurrier's boys would have been able to contain themselves once the brawl was on, so his as well as ours would have been ejected and suspended. I just hope CMR doesnt do anything like that the next time we play So. Car. We already know what Spurrier would do to try and stop the celebration.....Oh, and what if we hadn't gotten the on-field ruling that it WAS a TD? 3rd down from the 31 is what, and a FG. Of course, it didn't, and we did, so it doesn't matter now, but I agree that Coach needs to think things thru a little better. BTW, who cares what Spurrier sez about his current squad? They are fast approaching the 7-5 mark for the season and a Music City Bowl bid. Better yet......we are 2-1 against him since he came back......the same ammount of losses that (GASP) the Gators have garnered against him also. The only difference is, he beat the Gators FIRST. Took him a couple of years more to get around to beating us. AND......he just might take the Gators to the woodshed again this year.
