How's this. Stewart Mandel, no less.
\"The Dawgs set the tone early, running right at the Gators for nine straight plays on the way to their first touchdown -- then running onto the field for a pre-planned mass celebration/psyche out. I don't know if they'll manage to stay at that level the rest of the season, but if they do, they might just go from one-time SEC afterthought to SEC title-game participant.\"

Most coaches will tell you that you can only reach that kind of intensity 3 or 4 games a season. However, you can feed off of it. I feel we were up for Bama and Florida, definitely flat against Tn. and Vandy, journeyman performances were the norm until the Florida game. Hopefully we hold serve with Troy, a dangerous game, and we usually play up for Auburn and the gnats. That leaves Kentucky and after last year's embarrasement, we should be mad as hell. Go Dawgs!

To hell with Stewart Mandel. He may have given us a little credit, but he still couldn't resist throwing that last little barb out there about how he didnt think we could remain focused enough to run the rest of the table. In his eyes, we weren't even legitimate until last Saturday. That's basically what he was saying. His words were, and I quote....\"I will be highly surprised if both UGA and UConn are at the same lofty perch at the end of the season that I have them ranked at now.\" He needs to get a job at the AJC with Terence Moore.

Stewart and Terrance have a \"special\" kind of relationship...
