The only thing worse than watching the first three quarters of that game was having to listen to the Jefferson Pilot Announcers. But, a wins a win and Joe Cox looked great in the crunch. Don't know what happened to the D early on but CO looked a lot better than a team that was 0-3. The QB was a great athlete and their Tight End and one of the receivers had career days. Go Dawgs!!

It seems to me that Georgia didn't think they had a game. I'm happy as can be that they won. Still, every game counts. They need to learn to play every game and every down as if it was there last. With the job that Joe Cox did in the fourth. It would not surprise me if he was the starter next Sat.. What say you OleDog.

I must apologize dawgs I couldn't make it to the game this week and am just getting the run down and facts. Based upon hearsay......sounds like we starting reading press clippings and forgot we needed to go out on the field and knock someones jock loose. The press can be an ally or enemy. Most have never traded helmut paint and would be confused if they had to actually put a jock on. With all the press about how bad CU was and how they were gonna get mangled between the hedges I think they (CU)stepped it up and played out of their minds. It happens. Its a real motivator for the team to say we'll show them! Remember when UF was #1 for a week and played UGA in Jax, Gator coaches said UGA DBs couldn't cover their noses. They forgot about a UGA weak side linebacker #58 who absolutely killed the UF QB all day. #58 walked off the field and the quote was "they ain't #1 anymore". A lot of college football is emotion and playing with "controlled" emotion and intensity. It seemed today the intensity and emotion was left somewhere else. This is a good omen for motivating the Dawgs though and I'm sure CMR will use it in practice preparing for Ole Miss and UT. Imagine if the team today was UT, not pretty cause we did the same thing 2 years ago after the HUGE win over LSU then let UT beat us at home. These are kids and will make mistakes so lets remember they are learning every game and gosh I hope we get it together by the UT game. As always GO DAWGS, a win is a win no matter how ugly or pretty, style points don't count.

Listening to the tv announcers?????? No you gotta get Munson streaming on your pc (like me live out of state) or on the radio and blast it. Mute the dang TV.

Agreed--those JP announcers are AWFUL! They can't even get names right. Charles JACKSON is one hell of a defensive end. Who does he play for?
