Fellow Dawgs --
For those of you who have not heard, the Bulldog Nation lost a dear soul last night. Erk Russell died after a single-car automobile accident yesterday. The medical personnel have said that the injuries he suffered in the accident did not cause his death; rather, one might assume that he had a heart attack behind the wheel.
We lost a true Junkyard Dawg today. Take a few minutes to remember Erk, to think about what he contributed to us and to his players, both at UGA and at Georgia Southern.
