Good Day All,
Wow first for me ... Game Day Friday that actually is Game Day....
Tech game is a special part of my Dawg history... first game I watched in person at Sanford... a loss to the Bugs.
A long walk back up the hill to the Arch to get the shuttle bus. Paul Johnson and his high school offense beat the Dawgs.
As a HC Kirby is 7-1 against the Nerds ... yes I was in Sanford a second time when Tech won and proceeded to chew on the hedges.... point being strange things happen when the Dawgs and Tech meet in Sanford.
No I am not forecasting that to happen in tonight's game... I am confident that Kirby will have our team focused. I am watching from home .....
This Wild season now finds us playing in the SECCG a week ago that seem like a unattainable opportunity.
Tonight we start our playoff season... buckle that helmet chin strap tighter...
