From Athens - Game Day Friday #7 10- 13-23

Good day,

Vandy away game ... fall trip to Nashville. Several good BQ restaurants and plenty of live music.

Another learning experience..... stay focused... score enough points first half that we can give our young pups game playing time.

Read a good article on how Kirby approaches a game like this.  Young and inexperienced players need to have failures to grow and get better.
Carson used last season's Vandy game to improve his confidence and his ability to run our offense.... this year it will be Brock's turn.

Kirby voiced the need to get Brock meaningful playing time in a game other than mop up duty... last week against Kentucky was a good example.

Dawgs win .... they get to play the reserves a majority of the second half.

Chief....  wife is fence sitting for our tailgate meal .... noon KO isn't her favorite... just might go to a game time decision....

Pause and give thanks... continue to check on family and friends often
