Knowing our luck with QB's, he will go to Ohio State and become an instant Heisman candidate while JT will leave for the NFL leaving us with an unproven starter for 2021.

Joking aside, I doubt we will see another dual threat guy come here for awhile.

No doubt, it's frustrating. That said, I'm not as depressed about losing Mathis as I was at losing Fields. I don't think we would have beaten Bama, even with Daniels at QB, but I'll always wonder. I sure hope Vanadagriff is as good as we hope.

You're right - no dual threat QBs for a while, I'm sure. <sigh>

Beck and Vandagriff are both great guys, and we just need to accept that we are going to be a drop back passing team while Kirby is here.
