My only complaints were 1 play on D where they let a speedy receiver get behind them and a few sloppy penalties which kept the thrashing from being worse.
In other word... I don't really have any complaints.
Stetson got the ball to start as we thought he would and never gave Kirby a reason to bring in anyone else. Good for him for grabbing the situation by the neck. I thought this might be a game where we had to prove we could pass to open up the run game, and I think Gus thought that as well. When we proved we could whip them at the line and they had to start cheating in the box, it was over... he had no backup plan. Really nice because they have a solid DC, and he had no solution to offer.
Also we started to see some Monken wrinkles in the offense: We saw some really nice screens we would have never seen before this year. Some of these wrinkles were subtle so the casual eye might not have caught them, but there were some play call tendency shake ups, some pre snap movement (or the lack thereof) things going on, plus just a solid rhythm.
D... what can you say? They pretty much owned the line and were just swarming all night.
God Bless and Go Dawgs
