Offensive players have lost confidence in thier coaches is what I am seeing over the last 2 games. It is what it is 2 weeks to clean it up or will be a long day in Jax.

with the rain and this opponent I'm not going to say much. I will say that we're not going to be able to win this way over the next few weeks.

Imho.....with the absolutely horrible weather conditions ....

This wasn’t the game to try and tweak our offense...

Field position and yes ultra conservative play calling brought

Boos from the crowd.... however......a tipped ball here ...fumble.

Or a int ..... with a KY lead .... we then are forced to try to do even

More ...... defense played lights out....got us a turnover that lead to a

Score..... two weeks to get healthy and work on issues...

We did what we needed to do to get the W...... discussion to continue in two weeks.......

I've had a chance to calm down, simmer down, thicken up....maybe to caramelize a little bit if you will.

I've been told by my other dawg brethren over text last night "relax dude. This is a pitiful condition to play a game." I suppose if I'm being told by everyone that I'm overreacting, then I guess I'll shut my mouth, let this one go because of the horrible weather and just continue to simmer down on low for the next two weeks. Let me state plainly that I am always happy for a win, and that game last night shows why recruiting is so necessary. It speaks volumes that we were able to have the caliber of backs in the stable to not have to throw a pass in the 2nd half, which apparently was nearly impossible due to wind gusts being directly in our face.

Credit to coach Lanning (and Smart, of course) for pitching a shutout in gross conditions for homecoming. Defense looked solid. Anytime you can hold any SEC opponent in any condition to 0 points when the clock hits 0, you've done a man's job.

I'm sure we're going to have a lively discussion in the next two weeks leading up to the cocktail party.

I get all that with the weather, but I have seen more on offense in worse conditions.

That's okay though.. a win is a win. We will now have to "tweak" the offense and try to learn to pass against the Gators.
