I get all the arguments for a home-and-home. I'm a little surprised that the players were so in favor of it, but I guess it's a chance for the Florida 'dawgs to play in the Swamp and for the Gators to get a taste of playing between the hedges.
Selfishly speaking, it would blow up one of my favorite traditions with my younger son and one of the best weekends of the year for both of us.

Since we get our tickets on the "secondary" market, the Kirby era has priced us out of Athens games. UGA-UF is more expensive than it used to be, but still cheaper than an SEC game at Sanford. Nothing lasts forever and I feel like it's only a matter of time before that game goes to a home-and-home.
