Tucker is a good coach but he hates recruiting.

Mahogany Row opens their ears, listens carefully to what is being said, not only by the head coach, those fans that have been around for more than 15 years, I will feel better. Not a big supporter of the GROUP, that consists of those above our head coach.

Those upstairs heard what was being said, took many fans that are not included in the "bleeding hearts group" to get their attention. That took years.

Rob Sales is just a beginner, a damn good one at that. Serve some time, fully expect to see McElwain pick him up at some point. Thank you to Rob Sale, coaching at UGA will not hurt his resume.

Edit: Many of the coaches coming to the college ranks seem to go about recruiting in a different way averagedawg. Beauty of the college recruiting, a coach can recruit the type personnel he wants. NFL, play with what you have.

In my perfect world Pruitt is still our DC.
Saban obviously needed Pruitt for recruiting to offset Kirby's departure.
Tucker would be a great DC with Smart as HC.
Although he might return to the NFL.

My only two takeaways from the bowl game.

1) The good solid tackle on Penn State's fake punt was one of the improvements we saw under CJP. In prior days we don't sniff that out, or if we do a half-a$$ed tackle still allows the first down. That was a really big play.

2) Hats off to the coaches and players that stuck around for hanging in there and delivering a W. Sorry to see B-mac and Lilly moving on, but looking forward to next year.
