Why do I have this feeling that our head coach realizes that Kirby Smart is very close to becoming a head coach?

Mark Richt wanted Kirby Smart to be his defensive coordinator. Kirby followed some very good advice from a proven source.

I suggest that Kirby Smart become our head coach, and leave it up to him as to whether Mark Richt remains on the coaching staff.

Kirby Smart works for the overall.

Mark Richt, likes to watch coaches work for the overall.

Nick Saban gets involved, and he has a right hand man that does the same.

Jeremy Pruitt has brought that "work ethic" to Georgia.

Would love to see Kirby Smart and Jeremy Pruitt coaching together, in Athens.

Going to be a sad day if Kirby Smart becomes the head coach at South Carolina.

Maybe I worry too much. If Kirby Smart becomes the head coach at South Carolina, would not be surprised to see Jeremy Pruitt move to Columbia.

No problem, we have Mark Richt and Brian Schottenheimer. Both really understand SEC football, right? Recruit those "stars" and what? Smart/Pruitt and Company would win the East side of the SEC every year.

Imo if Kirby was "smart" (sorry) he would be patient a little longer for his dream job in Athens. Just don't think he really wants to go take that USC job, especially with what's going on in Athens......

If UGA wins out, he may feel he needs to go ahead with his next step of becoming a HC at USC but just gotta believe if he stays patient a little longer he'll be rewarded.

The next 2 games are not locks by any means.....CMR loses either, he may be gone.

Btw, a possible top 4 team in the country is flying WAY under the radar imo and I would have NO problem with having their HC in Athens....

UNC's Fedora......Clemson had better watch out in the ACC title game, Fedora is doing one great job there.

My daughter is a UNC grad and surprisingly enough she could care less about Tarheel football.
All round ball there.
Empty seats for a 9-1 team.
Fedora has done well.

I may be way off base but really believe Clemson had better be ready for UNC (assuming no injuries).

I like the fact Fedora keeps his foot on the pedal no matter what the score....he wants to put you away.
