From Athens- Bye Week Friday

Bye Week Friday…… full Blue Plate Special

Been a quite week…. Word is NC will have his surgery next week if the swelling has gone down…. Have not heard anymore gratefully about this being a career injury…. T & P for a speedy and full recovery…I know this NC will work as hard as anyone doing his
rehab…. DGD

Class act with TG3 sitting on the sideline with NC during the first half of the Mizzuo game….I am sure TG3 filled him in on what’s the real deal

Sadly no shortage of players on our team who have had to deal with knee problems… KM will mentor him through the dark days ahead…

Wlayton….. you came close on one of your early post asking the question did CMB have an idea what was the future of our QB problems in 2015.. That then asks the question if so did he exit to avoid having his resume take a downward hit??? He would not be the first coach to follow this route…..plus the pay increase was worth learning to like snow…..

Yes I know it was Mizzuo but the defense showed up…. Six points given up over two games…. Just two passes completed in the second half…as several people have posted here it was fun seeing our “D” flying to the ball….and making something good happen when they got there…..players that caught by eye was Bellamy who filled in for Jenkins….looked like he had a grasp of what to do…. Bodes well for the future….. and Kenneth Towns the Dawg who tackled the Mizzuo players at the one yard line preventing a TD…. IMO it changed how the rest of the game played out….. some coach way before he arrived in Athens taught him not to give up on a play and become a
spectator…

The subject of coaches making adjustments during a game has been a hot topic here and elsewhere for several years….

It would appear that CGP and staff have problems in that area also..

It was ugly and it was Mizzuo but our pups bowed up and won…..

Damn another week in the books well TGIF sorry to say this but Georgia been in a by week week off before and since saban an company.

Good thing is i can catch the 1 in half rewind game for some reason don't raise as much hell that way.

Friends enjoy another day above ground.

Well - it's still the Florida game in Jax. So that's SOMETHING. The season is ruined, but it would still make for a pleasant weekend next week if we could somehow perform a miracle and beat Florida.

C'mon Dawgs. I know it's tough to win without Nick Chubb and without a QB, but somehow, some way . . . BEAT FLORIDA!!!!!

thriller, imo our D will have to play lights out and get us 3 turnovers IN THEIR territory. We can't drive it 75-80 against their D but 30-45 maybe.....punt return TD wouldn't hurt either, just have no faith in the O.

The D has something to prove next Sat....hope they "bring it" and win the game for us, like a 13-7 or 17-10 type win.

Have hope but not alot of faith.....
