Have said a time or two here that VD is not one of my favorites. Understanding that many here are much younger than myself. Sorry, his arrogance showed through, damn good thing Erk was there, otherwise, many of the sayings and traditions that are still in place in Athens would never have happened. Erk is gone but his "words" are silk screened on many thousands of attire that folks still wear proudly. Don't know that I have ever seen a quote from VD that spurred folks on.
