If the 'dawgs win out it may be the least satisfying 11-2 season ever. Although I think this GT team has exceeded most expectations, I think Pruitt game plans for the option, the players buy in and the 'dawgs win fairly easily. Jackets do have some speed at the skill position and this is the best their lines have played in a couple of years, they just are not at the same level athletically as the 'dawgs.
imo
edit: As I re-read Ogredawg's post, I realize that the Jackets might be playing for a little more than the 'dawgs. If they win today and lose the ACCCG, they probably still go to the Orange Bowl. Still don't think it happens, but it's one more variable. Good opportunity to "Coach 'em up."
One of my favorite anecdotes from the Bob Knight era at IU. We had pasted the first post-Wooden UCLA team in the season opener and were meeting them again in the National semi-finals. One of their best players, Richard Washington, said, "They won the first one, we'll win the one that counts."
After we won, by double digits again, Knight was quoted, "Somebody tell Richard Washington they all count."
'dawgs shouldn't need that message today. But they might.
