Halftime and Mark Richt is approached for comments on the lackluster play at that point. More or less shuns the question and says . . . . this is SEC Football. Wow, SEC Football? Had time to checkout some of the other teams in the SEC and call what is happening under your "leadership(?)" SEC Football?
This will be covered up in short time by those that are above Mark Richt. I have tried really hard to bring that to the front on this board, know that other sites have picked up on the same. Those in the "Group" will be looking at the win, and will continue to "play" their game along those lines.
Anyone notice some of the "frozen faces" that belong to our new hires? Next step in the near future is for Mark Richt to start protecting his place in line in Athens. Not about the money, right . . . . Another multi millionaire that just wants more, and for what, his coaching?
One more time. We run the pro style offense and that is designed to do what? That message needs to be sent to Richt/Bobo. It is used by the professionals and teams that understand what the offense is supposed to do . . . . complete passes along with a running game. Well we have a running game, all we have to do is look at the Tennessee defense yesterday, 9 in the box, Vols knew we had a running game, what was missing . . . . Leadership, leadership with knowledge of player personnel.
Edit: After posting the above, went into the "vault" and came up with the following article that was released to the public February of this year. This is some of what I meant in the chatter above.
Mark Richt needed a "teacher" as well as a coach for the defense . . . . might look inward Mark.
Quote from the article . . . .
But when Grantham left on his own, Richt recognized that he needed a teacher on top of a coach—something Georgia didn't have with Grantham—and hired Pruitt, who was recently fitted for a national championship ring. On top that, Pruitt's work with Alabama head coach Nick Saban as a secondary coach specifically addresses a problem area on the Georgia defense.
Always someone else, eh.
