How do you see us performing on a sloppy field if it happens? I think we have the big backs and big receivers to swing that in our favor, if OL can block and HM can put it on the money. If it doesn't rain, then it's a beautiful day for football and both teams slug it out on the field.
Hope to see a very frustrated Spurrier for four quarters. Go Dawgs!
rockdawg, just returned to my computer with the intentions of posting the 50/60% chance of rain. Looking at a couple of different weather stations, looks like the rain "might" come in early, second half being a bit dryer.
Would seem like a sloppy field would favor us, also . . . . rain might have an effect on the "crowd noise". Every little bit helps.
Also like our offensive line run blocking, which we did a lot of in preseason and our first game against Clemson.
Another game that I would like to see us score first. Of course I always want us to score first. Does make a "big" difference in some games.
If it is wet, have to like our kicking/punting game.
Hold on to the ball and create turnovers.
Good post on the weather rockdawg.
