the unfortunate reality of the situation, though, is that Shockley is a project. He probably won't play more than a few downs in a pre-season game. After a few years when he's groomed into an NFL caliber Quarterback, he'll be traded to another team. I believe Shockley will have a succesful career in the NFL, but i don't see it happening with the Falcons.

I agree exactly with you jack. Also don't expect to see Shockley play during any season games since he is 3rd string if he takes out the other guy competing for the job.
