Basically thinking along the lines of "traffic" yd1.

Have to believe that there are some interesting stories, real life stories and otherwise that could be shared on this board. Strength in numbers . . . . sometimes.

Buc, understand now about having a place to share thoughts not related to football

Maybe expand the Dawg Pound to be able to handle this type of traffic

yd1, know from being affiliated with a board in Florida some years back that it really increases "hits" and folks get to know each other better. My bet would be that some of the folks that are listed here as members that don't really participate in some of the UGA "stuff" would loosen up if they felt a little more "comfortable".

One example I could give would be some chatter on this board a short time back. Steve mentioned he has another site, talk there is about "bikes". Caught the attention of more than one on this board that did not know Steve's "other site" existed.

I am fine with the way things are. Just have not seen a lot of movement from too many others outside of the "heavy posters" such as myself.

Hits mean a lot when looking for advertising. Advertisers invest where they see "real numbers".

Another thought yd1. Think it would be more productive if there was another choice that was listed with the two areas that are open to choose from now.

Dawg Talk which is of course (or should be) Dawg Talk, the other being the Recruiting site. We had the Members Only site for a while, would like to see a "Open Forum" site listed below the other two.

DWS and sadlerdawg had and do chat some about their rides. Feel sure there are many areas that could create interest and of course grow the membership.
