CWF get the up to speed and makes noise with freshman playing it becomes a whole different game on the
recruiting trail
Go Dawgs
Bad thing about Freshmen especially on the OL is the game is very very different at this level especially in the SEC. Theus was supposed to be all that and more and look how much trouble he has had. Pyke is coming into his own and he has 2 years in. Look at Beard he had played at the lower college level and he still had problems with the adjustments. I don't think anyone will win out against who we have there now, none of the incoming OL are a Tunsil. The OL you see will pretty much be the one you see most of the season with maybe the exception of Sims but he comes from a rush type wing T at Lowndes and his pass blocking is highly suspect......not good for HM.....
Overall we have not recruited well in the OL department and this year it is really sad to see the top 4 go elsewhere. I agree with your earlier statement is we can't get them all but I would at least like to get one every once in a while.
I think CWF has done a pretty good job with what he has been given to work with and they are really not bad OL overall, they just do not have the chemistry for some reason to be a top quailty SEC OL. Something or someone is missing and maybe it is my hope that one of the incoming Freshmen might be the missing piece that we really need.
