I agree, attitude adjustments are necessary and seem to have been made on a large group of our players from what I can tell from reading. The Dawgs have been fat, dumb, and happy and laying up under that shade tree for too long. Glad to see someone stir up the dust and make it a little uncomfortable for the entitled. Time to earn that scholly.

When I read articles like the one below, reinforces my thinking about a new group coaching the defensive side. Amazing how a hire can inspire a group of what I believe to be a very talented group of players.
Playing football without complications, makes me think of school yard, finger in the dirt, drawing up plays kind of football.
Defensive players are buying in, big time.

Watching a defense full of what you know to be studs giving up 30-40 points and huge chunks of real estate at critical times (and not knocking the ball down on 4th and 18
) is really, really frustrating.
Watching them stuff opponents would (will?) be a pleasure by contrast.
Big Floyd fan. You could see the potential just bursting at the seams.

Great part of this new defense is not knowing who will be coming when. grantham had some coach speak on that subject, just did not have the total package.
Cutting down on rushing yardage will open up the sack potential of Jenkins and many others.
Appears there will be no free lunches this time around yd1.
See a lot of what I saw in Ogletree in #84. He will grow to great heights under this group of coaches. I believe that. Floyd apparently brings his lunch pail to work EVERYDAY.

I would agree that #84 brings his lunch bucket and hard hat every practice
Taking it a step further. This is a team of blue collar workers
Even the stars go about their work without any big head actions
I think we will enjoy the work ethics that they follow and the coaches lead
