Enjoying an adult beverage Reading about how our defense has had its stock increase with what may turn into the best in college football in short order More of a possibility than with Towel man ya think
Now the question with a jazzed up truly nasty defense and how it just might carry over to how our offense feels about itself
Might CWF while talking to a recruit be able to sell hey come to Athens and be part of the new beast of the east
JMHO it will help all our recruiting
Don't think for minute that the rest of the SEC how sorry to see Toddy leave Athens He took the WTF defense with him to Louisville and the ACC
Just IMO me thinks Russ won't have Vandy sand kicked in his face this year
Truly understand it needs to happen on the field but........feeling better about chances is not a bad thing
Go Dawgs

Ogredawg. Totally agree with you. However, knowing that they all have done it in the recent past
Is in my mind worthy of a faint glimmer of hope the same can be done in Athens by this group
At the very least our chances have improved over what they were with Toddy
Looking forward to having a better idea after we play the ballsack in week 2
Again I say it is going to be more interesting than a year 5 with toddy. True?

Doing the adult beverage or three right now too YD1. Agree a little with ogre, show me.
But I think we already know JP can do it. Will CMR get out of the way???
Buc mentioned (I think it was him) about Christian Robinson.,.....just tossing this out, but what about filling that last spot with him? Young, should be aggresive on the recruiting trail, plus a recent player who can talk the lingo to the recruits...gives us a blend of formaer high school and NFL coacheds with a recent player

BulldogShannon, Christian Robinson sounds like a "younger version" of Jeremy Pruitt. Christian was one of the few players, while wearing the uniform that understood the "stuff" that grantham was putting out there. When Christian was on the field, he was responsible for calling the defensive plays. (Most of the time).
Thought I would insert this link. Shows that improvement was needed and the failure of the coaches to do so became apparent. Now I am hearing from many and reading media hype that this is going to be the year. There is no shortage of defensive talent in Athens, so in my opinion, this puts a big load on Pruitt's back. Better him than richt.

Edit: Again in my opinion this piece of copy taken from the link above gives a true picture of what coaches from all over witnessed at the end of the 2013 Season. Too much talent for this to be allowed. Not players, coaches.
The USA TODAY Sports’ Board of Coaches is made up of 62 head coaches at Bowl Subdivision schools. All are members of the American
Football Coaches Association.
